SUPER POWERFUL AND DYNAMIC BOSCH PERFORMANCE LINE CX E-DRIVE
Thanks to the Bosch Performance Line CX drive system, you can ride even more trails in the same amount of time. The powerful drive unit supports you with up to 85 Nm of torque and ensures fun even uphill. Even if the motor has your full backing, your FOCUS SAM² 6.8 is still easy to control, even on the most demanding trail sections. The slide-out battery with 750 Wh can be charged via the integrated charging socket on the seat tube of the E-MTB. Alternatively, you can remove the battery quickly and easily without needing any tools. Simply unlock the buckle on the cover and fold it to the side to pull out the battery using the tab.

Thanks to the long wheelbase and the flat steering angle, the FOCUS SAM² 6.8 is very stable even at high speeds on challenging terrain. It has a perfect stiffness to weight ratio, as only a minimal opening is required in the down tube to remove the battery. In addition, the battery is placed as low as possible in the down tube. This frame design optimizes the bike's center of gravity, making it significantly more stable on descents. Thanks to the low standover height, you have plenty of room to move on your E-MTB and can also handle technical terrain perfectly. By turning the headset caps, you can adjust the steering angle of your FOCUS SAM² 6.8 individually from 64.5° to 63.5° to suit your riding preferences.

The kinematics of our FOCUS SAM² 6.8 are designed for the toughest descents. Our FOLD (FOCUS Optimised Linkage Design) kinematics are the heart of the bike and are specially optimised for its intended use. They enable the integrated steel spring shock absorber to function perfectly. With 180/170 mm travel, a suspension fork with 38 mm stanchions and fast 29" wheels, nothing stands in the way of uncompromising downhill riding.
