How do I book a workshop maintenance appointment?

The best way to get an appointment for maintenance is to send us an e-mail to werkstatt@stenger-bike.de or send us an appointment request via our contact form, but you can of course also visit our head office in Hösbach in person or make an appointment by phone. The latter can sometimes be a little difficult, especially in the high season (April to the end of September).

How long does it take to get an appoinment?

This depends on the capacity utilisation of our workshop and is seasonal. In the high season, which starts in April and ends at the end of September, you can expect to wait around 4-5 weeks for a scheduled inspection appointment. In the low season (from October to the end of March), you will have to wait around 2 weeks for an appointment.

Why should I have my bike serviced regularly?

Regular maintenance extends the life of your bike, improves safety and ensures a smooth riding experience. It also helps prevent major damage or expensive repairs.

When should I book a first inspection?

A first inspection should be carried out after 500 kilometres or after 6 months at the latest.

Definitely in the low season, i.e. from the beginning of October to the end of March. The workshop is not quite as busy here, you can get an appointment more quickly and there is more time to fulfil more specific wishes and requirements.
